EPS Mortgage Solutions was established in February 2003 with two mortgage advisers helping clients to find the most appropriate arrangement for their home finance needs. The company has grown considerably since then, our customer base having increased due to satisfied clients being happy to recommend us to their friends and family.

There are now four professional mortgage advisers who between them have 40 years experi-ence in financial services. Each adviser is fully qualified having passed the industry’s mortgage advice examinations, and the company is authorised by the industry’s regulator, The Financial Services authority.

The two branch offices are located in Birstall and Wyke and the four advisers service the whole of Yorkshire and East Lancashire.

EPS Mortgage Solutions is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority to provide advice and arrange regulated mortgage and non-investment general insurance contracts.
